T-1 / Acceptance
Use of the site constitutes acceptance of this specification and the Privacy Policy. A user who does not agree shall discontinue use. Revised specifications become effective upon posting.
T-2 / Drawing scope
The plan set contains general Gafite LLC information, direct part-time work scopes, contact options, and Draft Notes. Sheets may be revised or withdrawn. No page is a listing service for unrelated employers.
T-3 / Role-interest limitation
A submitted role specification or message does not constitute an offer, interview, review commitment, employment, agency, or contract. Any actual engagement requires a separate written instrument from Gafite LLC defining applicable duties, schedule, compensation, eligibility, and other terms.
T-4 / Draft Notes
Completion of the separate SMS enrollment requests recurring marketing texts from Gafite LLC under GFT concerning direct part-time opportunities and recruiting updates. Maximum frequency is 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and not required for application, purchase, or service. STOP terminates messages; HELP requests support.
T-5 / Use constraints
Security interference, unauthorized testing, malicious code, automated harvesting, impersonation, unlawful content, deceptive conduct, and violation of intellectual-property or privacy rights are prohibited.
T-6 / Service tolerance
The site is provided as available and may be revised, interrupted, or contain omissions. Warranties and liability are limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Non-excludable rights remain unaffected.
T-7 / Administration
Questions may be submitted to lili@gafite.com. An invalid provision is severable. The remaining specification continues under applicable law.
